One ZaPrompt account works on Mac and Windows.
App signing is being set up
We are still setting up Apple Developer ID signing and notarization, and Windows publisher signing. Your computer may show an unidentified developer or unknown publisher warning.
Only continue with an installer downloaded directly from ZaPrompt that you recognize and trust. Do not override a malware or tampering warning.
MAC

Install
- Open the DMG and drag ZaPrompt OnAir to Applications.
- Open ZaPrompt OnAir from Applications. If macOS blocks it because the developer cannot be verified, open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to Security, choose Open Anyway for ZaPrompt OnAir, then confirm Open. Your Mac may ask for your login password.
PC
Windows
Install
- Open the ZaPrompt Windows Setup.exe installer and follow the setup steps.
- If Windows protected your PC appears, choose More info. Check that the file is the ZaPrompt installer, then choose Run anyway if available.
- Unknown publisher is expected while signing is being set up. If Smart App Control or your organization blocks installation without an exception, contact support. Keep antivirus and device security policies enabled.
These builds use sandbox subscriptions for testing. They do not start a live subscription or charge your card.
